A Flokk of Flour
We mill spelt, rye, barley, oats, wheat, corn, rice, millet, sorghum, quinoa, amaranth, teff, lentils, peas, beans, chick peas, hemp, flax, sunflower, dried vegetables and fruit pomace/seed meals into meals, grits, kracks and flours. We mill to the granulations you require.
We also have Ontario malted grains, including barley, wheat, rye and corn. Roasted [pre-cooked/gelled] grains available whole, krakked,as a meal or a flour.
By passing our flours through a sifter we also produce kountry white [light] flour from wheat, corn, rye and malted grains. Brans are kreated when we sift and they are available straight off the mill or ground into a flour.
Our line of wheat products include soft winter wheat, hard winter wheat, hard spring wheat and durum wheat. We can source and mill a partikular variety of wheat into a partikular granulation for you. We also pioneered ultrafine whole wheat flour and kan mill this from all klasses of wheat. We mill 4 u.
