k2MILLING is an Ontario fokused, artisanal flour mill that operates as a kontinuation of the HAYHOE family’s 127 year legacy (1891-2018) in the milling industry in Ontario. k2MILLING has a truly unique milling technique that was developed in-house for artisanal, kraft milling and the retention of flavour. We also produce our own energy on site.
Owner Mark HAYHOE [kaptain Flour] has been milling for 27 years. His intensive knowledge and kare kombined with an irreplaceable passion for milling enables his mill to kreate the quality milled products for which they are known. Providing a galaxy of specialty flours, k2MILLING is defined by a qualitative versatility unknown to any other flour mill in the world. Ontario, however is our main market. We do not look to outside certifikations to authentikate our daily grind, but we will strive to grind against the grain, everyday 4 u.
While we boast a beautiful Flokk of Flour komprised of our kore flours, we mill many other unique flours such as bukkwheat flour, blueberry flour, hemp flour, malt barley flour, wheat bran flour, flint korn meal and kountry bread flour. We fokus on keeping the flavour in the flour and we mill 4 u.
